Quality at THAICOM is not treated as a final gate. It is a thread that runs through receiving, production, and release. Each batch has its own record of checks, samples, and approvals.
Raw materials are inspected on arrival. Production samples are taken at intervals during the run. Finished products are checked for appearance, fill level, coding, seal integrity, and taste before they are cleared for dispatch.
The laboratory supports the production floor with tests for pH, brix, microbiology, and other parameters. If a result is outside specification, the batch is held until the cause is identified and corrected.
This system is not about finding perfect batches. It is about catching variation early and keeping every batch within the standards that customers and markets expect.
