From 2003 to today, Thaicom has continued to manufacture, research, adapt and grow — building a strong foundation as a Vietnamese beverage manufacturer.
Twenty-three years is more than a number. It represents experience accumulated through every product, every production line, every market and every partnership.

Thaicom began its journey in 2003. More than two decades have passed since then.
In those two decades the beverage market has changed a great deal. Consumer tastes changed. Sales channels changed. Packaging, production technology, quality standards and the way a brand reaches its market kept changing too.
A company that survives more than twenty years cannot rely on one successful product or one favourable moment. It is a continuous process of adaptation.
Some products have been kept and developed over many years. New products have been researched to keep pace with the market. Machinery and production processes have been invested in and improved. The distribution system has been expanded. Business relationships have been built and maintained across many years.
Through every stage of the Vietnamese market and through the shifts of the international business environment, Thaicom has continued to produce, continued to bring products to market and continued to look for new directions to grow.
For us, that is the greatest value of 23 years: not simply lasting a long time, but being able to change in order to keep moving forward.
23 YEARS IS MORE THAN TIME.IT IS EXPERIENCE.
More than two decades are remembered not only through numbers, but through milestones, people and moments that have become part of Thaicom's journey.
In 2023, Thaicom marked 20 years since its journey began in 2003. It was an opportunity to look back at how far the company had come, while also looking forward to the next stage of development.
From the first products and the development of the 360 brand to the expansion of distribution, manufacturing investment and continuous product development, each stage has contributed to the Thaicom of today.
Twenty years was a milestone. The journey continues.
Along Thaicom's path of growth, the 360 beverage brand gradually became one of the company's most recognisable marks.
From 360 Salted Lemon, 360 Tamarind and 360 Winter Melon Tea through to many other juices, teas and refreshment drinks, products carrying the 360 brand have travelled with Thaicom's distribution system for many years.

So for Thaicom, building a brand has never been about designing a label.
It is the ability to carry a product from an idea, through the factory, into the distribution system and finally into the consumer's hands — consistently, and over the long term.
A brand can only grow sustainably when there is a production system behind it with enough capability to serve the market.
In Hung Yen, Thaicom's production system is built on a manufacturing site of approximately 2 hectares.
This is where product ideas are turned into real products — from material preparation, blending, filling and packing through to inspection, until the finished goods are ready to leave the factory.

Capacity figures do not only show production speed. More importantly, they show Thaicom's ability to serve orders at very different scales — from the needs of the domestic distribution system through to export orders and OEM / private label projects.
In beverage manufacturing, experience does not live in documents or in the numbers on a company profile.
Experience lives in the way a formula is adjusted. In the way a line is operated. In the way a production issue is detected and resolved. In the ability to hold quality when volume increases. And in understanding that every market, every customer and every product carries different requirements.
More than two decades of production have allowed Thaicom to accumulate that experience day by day.
We continue to learn, improve and invest — because in manufacturing, experience never means standing still.
The beverage market does not stand still. Consumers are always looking for new flavours, new experiences, new packaging and products that fit their needs more closely.
That is why research and product development has always been part of Thaicom's work.
From adjusting sweetness, acidity, flavour and colour through to selecting raw materials and packaging formats, developing a product is a combination of market thinking and real production capability.
That same approach is not applied only to Thaicom's own products. Today, our R&D experience is also the foundation for developing products for OEM and private label customers.

From its production base in Hung Yen, Thaicom has step by step extended its work from the domestic market to international customers and partners.
Exporting beverages is not simply sending a container out of Vietnam. Every market has its own requirements for product, packaging, documentation, labelling, taste profile and ways of working.
Through working with international customers, Thaicom keeps accumulating the experience needed to adapt to those different requirements.
That is also the foundation for Thaicom to keep developing its export and OEM business in the years ahead.
WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED IN 23 YEARSCAN NOW BE USED TO BUILD YOUR PRODUCT.
An OEM customer does not need to have everything ready.
You can come to Thaicom with just an idea. A flavour. A target market. Or simply the wish to build your own beverage brand.
From there, the Thaicom team can work with you to develop the formula, make samples, finalise the artwork, quote and move the product into production.
From 2003 to today, a great deal has changed. The market changed. Consumers changed. Products changed. Technology changed. Thaicom changed too.
But one thing has been kept: the spirit of a manufacturing company that always wants to make products better than yesterday.
23 years is a foundation. Not an end point.
Ahead of us there are still new products, new markets, new partners and new opportunities. And Thaicom continues its journey — from Vietnam.
